End-User Basic Course (EUB)

eGeKo is the most modern case management solution. It is primarily operated via a web browser and is so user-friendly and simple that even occasional users can handle it.

This course is a comprehensive training course on the use of eGeKo as a case administration system. You will learn the most important functionalities of eGeKo - in particular how cases, dossiers and pending items can be managed efficiently in eGeKo.

Course objective

After the course you will know all the important functions of eGeKo with regard to case administration. You will be able to use eGeKo in your daily case.

Prerequisites

Basic knowledge of Windows or Mac and Office programs.
